Delivery Information

We try our best to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We understand that everyone would like their new purchase as soon as possible, for this reason, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, subject to stock availability.

Christmas Delivery

Order by Friday 18th December for Christmas delivery.

We will continue to dispatch orders after this date up until the Wednesday 23rd December, but we cannot guarantee they will be received before Christmas. 

 Standard Delivery

  • We deliver for £2.95 (Free for orders over £70.00)
  • Order Monday to Sunday, for delivery in 5 - 7 days
  • Delivery within the UK ONLY

Express Delivery

  • We deliver for £10.95 
  • Order Monday to Thursday before 11am, for delivery in 24 - 48hrs
  • Delivery within the UK ONLY

    Orders over the value of £70.00, will be sent free of delivery charge.

      International Delivery

      We can offer International delivery but this will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact hello@adandishop.co.uk first and we can then give you an accurate quote for this postage service and will work to meet your requirements.

      Tracking

      We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number. We also retain Proof of Postage for each parcel sent.

      If you do not receive the item within five working days of dispatch please contact the courier to check the delivery status.

      Failed Delivery

      Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

      We also cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour or in a garage, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

      If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.
